Wow, what a service! The chandelier got hung up today and it looks absolutely stunning. All the glass and the metal frame showed up fast. There were just 3 broken glass pieces, but no worries, they included extras to cover that. It took a few hours to attach the glass, but aside from that, everything's great.

Awesome service! The quality is top-notch and truly remarkable. I suggest this if you're on the lookout for a European-style bedspread set.

You might be okay if you keep your expectations in check, but seriously, don’t go for anything pricey or large that might need multiple boxes. I found a bunch of cool stuff on their site, but it seemed a bit off, so I decided to play it safe and did a test run with a small $400 DIY glass lamp that came in one box. That order went alright; the hardware wasn’t top-notch, but the product showed up and looked pretty close to what I thought it would be. Then I went ahead and ordered a $1200 DIY lamp, and boy, was that a disaster. First off, I got a shipping notice, but only one box showed up. I was puzzled, so I reached out and was told there were supposed to be two more boxes (which did come, but still not enough parts). When I followed up, they claimed what I got was 10% more than what I ordered to cover for breakage, which made no sense since the boxes I got had less than the $500 one and no hardware at all. After a few emails back and forth, they finally said another box was on the way, but it arrived with more broken pieces than intact ones and still no hardware. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, and they quickly (like within a day) sent me a threatening email saying they had GPS proof of delivery at my address and would report me to credit agencies and send me to collections. If you’re into getting half of what you ordered and being treated poorly, this is the place for you!

To be fair to the retailer, they did offer a return, but I don’t agree with their take that I was too negative and wouldn’t let them fix things. Their order fulfillment is a total mess, and I had to send them pictures of what I got in the first boxes just to prove things were missing and that another box was on the way. I got fed up with jumping through hoops for them to do the right thing. Plus, just two days after we agreed I’d return the parts they actually sent me as a 'solution,' I got a message saying, 'Based on the tracking number of the return labels, you still haven’t shipped the product back. I’ve CC’d James from our collection agency partners so he knows if we don’t receive the product by March 1st, he can start the debt collection process.'

I got myself the Murano Glass Chandelier. Make sure to check out the description before you buy, 'cause you'll have to put it together yourself. There's just no way they can send it all set up. After I placed my order, they quickly shot me an email to confirm that I was aware I'd be assembling it, which I did. Customer service was top-notch, and they got back to my questions in no time. The chandelier arrived just as they said it would, with no broken bits. Putting it together was a breeze, and the end result is absolutely gorgeous.

This lamp is truly one-of-a-kind! Delivery was lightning fast, took under a week. Big thanks to the seller. Definitely recommend it!

Had a rough time with customer service and a strange situation. I purchased an item, but my order got cancelled immediately, claiming it was out of stock. The next day, I was shocked to find it listed on the website again at full price and still available. I attempted to contact them, but got no response. This ain't how you treat your customers.

I totally adore this product. It's gorgeous. Every cent spent was worth it. I'd purchase it again in a flash. The customer support is fantastic. I chose the warm light option. It's gentler on the eyes.
